Sessions for Children at Piara Waters Library - Story Time

Spend quality time with your little ones and encourage their early literacy skills with stories, songs and rhymes.

Story Time sessions foster a love of reading, stimulate the imagination and encourage social interaction with other children.

Hear stories, sing songs and enjoy a craft activity together.

These sessions help children to learn literacy and STEAM skills, and prepare them for school.

Bookings are not required and siblings are welcome to attend.

Parents or carers must stay with their child during these sessions.

Childcare centres and groups must contact the library beforehand if planning to attend.

These sessions are subject to change and will not occur on public holidays or if the library is closed.
