Cultivating Gratefulness

Drawing on inspiration from the worldwide Gratefulness Gathering Network, each month we'll meet and explore the cultivation of gratefulness, with themes to guide our exploration.

For the first few months these gatherings will be facilitated by Befriend's Community Enrichment Facilitator with the view to inspiring a community member/s, to take the lead and make this a long term, sustainable, welcoming and nurturing community gathering.

Bookings are essential for each session, and can be made a month from the event date.
